The eOne-Sixty is the headline grabber of the Merida eBike range, for three generations it has been winning tests, gathering accolades, and generally hogging the limelight!<\/p>\n

However, the eOne-Forty and eOne-Sixty share the same frame and design features but have different ride characteristics.<\/p>\n

The shock stroke on the eOne-Forty is shorter, reducing rear travel to 133mm and creating a steeper seat angle. The shorter 140mm fork extends the reach and delivers a slightly steeper head angle. In combination these slight changes make the eOne-Forty more agile and playful, a highly competent climber and perfect for all day riding.<\/p>\n

The mixed wheel size set up is carried over, to give the electric full suspension bikes precise steering, fantastic \u2018rolling over obstacles\u2019 behaviour yet maximum traction, a 29er front wheel with a 2.5″ tyre is combined with a 650B rear wheel, equipped with a slightly wider 2.6″ tyre. The perfect combination of precision, playfulness, and traction.<\/p>\n

All eOne-Forty models use the powerful new Shimano EP8 85NM motor and bigger 630Wh battery (except for S frame sizes which use 504Wh).<\/p>\n

Shimano’s e-Tube app allows you to tailor power delivery to suit your riding style, and even set two profiles, one for shredding and one for cruising.<\/p>\n
